Bread knife 21 cm made in Albacete (Spain). Ergonomic handle in fine and resistant olive wood. Stainless steel 420 blade enriched with Molybdenum and Vanadium metals. The blade also goes inside the hilt. Blade thickness of 2mm for maximum hardness (52-54 Hrc). Hard aluminum rivets, with Vanadium and tungsten that provide greater strength, grip and resistance to corrosion. Each knife is practically unique due to the difference of its beautiful grains. The touch is warm and very pleasant.
Cleaning and maintenance:
Wash the knives after each use with detergent as neutral as possible.
Use non-abrasive scourers, do not use metallic ones.
They should be washed by hand avoiding prolonged immersion in water and dried immediately.
