The online shop www.valira.com is operated by COMERCIAL VALIRA SA, hereinafter “VALIRA”. The following conditions regulate the sales of products presented on this website by VALIRA, established in Spain, c/ Apeles Mestres 12-14, postcode 43206 Reus (Spain) and registered in the province of Tarragona with corporate tax code (CIF) A-43021823, customer or user (hereinafter the "Customer" or "User") and the use of it. Whether browsing the online shop as the purchase of any products offered on it, involve the user acceptance without reservations of any kind, each and every one of these general conditions of engagement and use. Nevertheless, if you have any doubt, please contact our Customer Service department at valira@valira.com. VALIRA may at any time and without notice, modify these general terms and conditions, as well as the special conditions, if any, are included, by posting such changes on the store so they can be known by users, and there is a record of the date of such modifications, respecting the laws and regulations in force. The products offered in this web site, and more specifically the prices, features, promotions and any other information may change without notice.


1. Ownership of the content of the website

All content published in the store and especially the designs, text, graphics, photographs, images, logos, icons, buttons and software, trade names, trademarks or industrial drawings and any other signs of industrial use and business are subject to intellectual and industrial property of VALIRA and are the exclusive property of VALIRA. Under no circumstances shall any license granted or waiver, total or partial transfer of such rights is done or any right or expectation of rights conferred, and in particular, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication the contents without the express permission of VALIRA not be liable in any case and under any circumstances for violations of such rights committed by the USER.

3. Coverage of the offer

The products offered are distributed in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. In the following countries the products are also offered and distributed: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and The Netherlands.

4. Purchase warrants

The items offered on this website are products of the VALIRA collections and meet the same quality requirements and guarantee that products offered for sale in retail stores. Each product is accompanied by the following information:

- Name of item and reference
- Item image
- Item Description
- Instructions for use (if applicable)
- Price in Euro

Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the date indicated.

5. Procedure for Shopping

To order you must buy as a registered user completing the electronic form at all times displayed in the store and following the instructions therein. Upon registration, and to proceed with the purchase of products, you must add the product you wish to purchase to cart, according to the indications listed on the screen, filling in for this purpose provided the order form and validating it. The validation of the order by the client expressly involve knowledge and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions as part of the contract.

5.1 Order

The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon. The shopping basket will contain the reference of the selected item, its name and price in euros. Separately, applicable taxes will be detailed and, on the other hand, shipping costs apply. The order form will request personal data that will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order from VALIRA. At any time you can access your personal account and track all your orders. Remember that personal data should be indicated with accuracy to avoid confusion or incidents with the shipping of the purchased items.

5.2 Prices and Currency

All prices published by VALIRA in the shop include indirect taxes (Value Added Tax). In relation to value added tax, as a general rule the current tax rate in your country will apply. VALIRA presents and sells the products in EUROS.

5.3 Method of payment

Purchases are paid through PayPal system, debit/credit card (Redsys) or wire transfer. Other forms of payment will not be accepted.

5.4  Shipping costs

Items purchased at www.valira.com will be shipped through a courier company and will be delivered in the detailed conditions mentioned below. To avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home etc.), you must successfully complete the corresponding form.

Tracking the order can be made through the transport company's website, where the merchandise location of merchandise will be indicated in every moment, until its final reception by customer.

Orders will be delivered over the next 4 working days after the payment, as long as the request is made before the 14 hours weekdays. Once the order has been sent we will contact you by email to indicate that it has considered your request. If there is any delay in shipping the order we will contact you. 

Responsibility for VALIRA is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions hindering normal traffic by land, sea or air, ...). In these cases, VALIRA will deliver the orders as soon as possible and the above deadlines do not apply.

The price of transport is indicated by including every item in the shopping cart and will appear on the page that summarizes the purchase before the order confirmation.


Shipping costs are:

  • For orders to Spain (Peninsula and Baleares) and Portugal:
    • For order below 30 euros: 3,31 euros (plus VAT)
    • For order above 30 euros: free.
  • For orders to other locations:
    • For order below 75 euros: 9,92 euros (plus VAT)
    • For order above 75 euros: free.

The shipping costs may be modified at any time without notice. This change will apply from the time the modification help pages is included, and the contract published on this website. In any case, shall be valid those shipping costs that appear at the time of ordering.

6. Purchase limit

VALIRA does not allow buying VALIRA products for resale. No purchases are accepted for amounts higher than 1500 euros or containing more than 40 items. Customers who are interested in making purchases above that amount or quantity for purposes other than resale must contact VALIRA through valira@valira.com where they will be informed about the various options to make the desired purchase.


7. Warranty

The guarantee, essential for any exchange or refund, is the delivery note that you will receive with your order and/or by e-mail, and is valid for three years. In any case, VALIRA reserves the possibility to extend such a guarantee in any of its products at any time. Warranty does not cover:

- Wear or other consequences of normal aging of the item
- Damage caused by misuse. 

8. Exchanges and returns.

VALIRA allows changes or returns within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order as long as the item has not been used or damaged. Upon receipt of the item under the mentioned conditions, we will refund the item value (incl. shipping costs initially incurred) within a maximum period of 30 days from the moment the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the modality of payment made by the Client (terms established in Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

It’s very important that the Customer returns the item of exchange or return perfectly packaged. In case the item is damaged due to improper packaging, we cannot accept its return. Likewise, the return of the article to VALIRA may also be carried out in the event that the article is defective in origin or, where appropriate, when the article, by our error, does not correspond to the object of the order. In this case VALIRA will process the collection, and new delivery of the item.

VALIRA does not accept shipments due, and therefore the cost of shipping is borne by the Customer as set out in the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, except for cases of defective item in origin or error in the item object of order, in which all costs will be borne by VALIRA.

9. Protection of personal data.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, COMERCIAL VALIRA, SA, located at c/ Apeles Mestres, 12-14 (43206, Reus - Spain), informs that the personal data you have provided us will be incorporated into an automated file under our responsibility with the purpose of carrying out the management of the commercial and/or contractual relationship that you maintain with us.

To exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation recognized by current legislation, the interested party must make a communication to the address indicated above, or by email to jvazquez@valira.com indicating as reference "Protection of customer data ", attaching a copy of the ID card.

10. Cookies

VALIRA uses "cookies" for the sole purpose of offering a more personalized service and help navigation on your pages easier and more tailored to the preferences of its members. A "cookie" is a small text file that a Web page server stored on the user's hard disk. "Cookies" by themselves can not identify a person as it does not refer to any personal data and can not be executed as code or deliver viruses.

Cookies help us, for example, to save user settings (language and country from which sails) to not have to enter these details again on your next visit. It will allow us to manage your shopping cart and retain your order information as you tour our pages.

11. Miscellaneous

VALIRA is committed through this means not to make misleading advertising. To this end, therefore, they will not be considered false advertising formal or numeric errors which may be found throughout the content of the various sections of the online store, produced as a result of maintenance and / or incomplete or faulty update the information contained in these sections. VALIRA, as a result of the provisions of this paragraph, undertakes to correct as soon as it becomes aware of such errors.

Users who sign up through the online shop recognize the age of majority. The engagement carried out by minors requires prior authorization from parents, tutors or legal representatives, who will be held responsible for the engagement carried out by minors in their care. It is the minor who must obtain the approval to proceed with the engagement.

12. Law and Jurisdiction.

These purchase conditions are subject to Spanish law. For settling any disputes arising from this contract or legal instrument, the parties can go to the Consumer Arbitration Board of Catalonia, who is entrusted with the appointment of the arbitrator or arbitrators and the arbitration administration. In case that none of the above systems are effective, both parties can undergo to the corresponding Courts. These General Terms and Conditions are updated as of August 4, 2022.
