Griddle pan "Plancha" made in our factory in Reus (Spain) with 100% recycled long lasting and non deformable cast aluminum. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction hobs. Multilayer non-stick coating reinforced with titanium particles, free of PFOA and resistent up to 260ºC. Handles made of cast aluminum, suitable for oven. A 6mm thick base that provides a uniform and very fast heat distribution.
