Shipping costs
The transport of the items purchased at www.valira.com will be carried out by a courier company and delivered under the conditions detailed below.
To avoid delivery incidents (incorrect addresses, inability to find someone at the delivery address, etc.), it is essential to complete the form correctly. The contact telephone number field must be filled in.
Order tracking can be carried out through the transport company's website, where the location of the shipment will be updated until final delivery to the customer. Updates on the order status are managed by the transport company.
Orders will be shipped within 4 working days after payment has been received, provided the order has been placed before 14:00 on a working day. Once the order has been shipped, VALIRA will contact the customer by email to confirm the shipment. In case of any delay due to stock issues, VALIRA will contact the customer to inform them.
The indicated warehouse dispatch time may be longer during certain periods of the year, such as the Christmas season. In any case, VALIRA undertakes to inform the user beforehand through a clear message before the order payment is processed.
VALIRA’s liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions preventing normal transport by land, sea or air, etc.). In such cases, VALIRA will deliver the orders as soon as possible and the above-mentioned deadlines will not apply.
The shipping price will be indicated when each item is added to the shopping cart and will appear on the order summary page before confirming the purchase.
Shipping areas
Shipping is currently available to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal.
Shipping is not available to extra-peninsular territories such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, the Azores or other Portuguese islands, nor to other destinations not listed above.

For orders shipped to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and mainland Portugal:
Orders under €30: €3.31 (plus VAT)
Orders over €30: free
For orders shipped to other authorised destinations within the shipping areas indicated above:
Orders under €75: €9.92 (plus VAT)
Orders over €75: free
Shipping costs may be modified at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply from the moment they are published on the help pages and in the contract available on this website. In all cases, the shipping costs valid at the time the order is placed will apply.
