If upon receipt of you purchase you are not satisfied, VALIRA accepts exchange or refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt as long as the article has not been used or damaged. VALIRA can not accept exchanges or returns of damaged or used products or products without their original packaging. Upon receipt of the products in the above conditions, we will refund the value of the order. Therefore, in order to process quickly your return, we recommend that you send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including user instructions. It is very important that you return the products perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we can not accept your return.
In the case that the products are faulty in origin or do not correspond to the reference you order, VALIRA will take in charge the collection and the new delivery.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and check that all the above conditions are met, VALIRA will proceed to the refund the amount (minus the shipping cost that we incurred to send the product) using the method of payment you select to place the order, and if necessary, send the new product. You will receive the refund of the amount within a period of 30 days from receipt of the product in our warehouse. Note that VALIRA do not support shipments freight collect, except in the case that the products are faulty in origin or do not correspond to the reference you order.
