VALIRA allows changes or returns within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order as long as the item has not been used or damaged. Upon receipt of the item under the mentioned conditions, we will refund the item value (incl. shipping costs initially incurred) within a maximum period of 30 days from the moment the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the modality of payment made by the Client (terms established in Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
It’s very important that the Customer returns the item of exchange or return perfectly packaged. In case the item is damaged due to improper packaging, we cannot accept its return. Likewise, the return of the article to VALIRA may also be carried out in the event that the article is defective in origin or, where appropriate, when the article, by our error, does not correspond to the object of the order. In this case VALIRA will process the collection, and new delivery of the item.
VALIRA does not accept shipments due, and therefore the cost of shipping is borne by the Customer as set out in the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, except for cases of defective item in origin or error in the item object of order, in which all costs will be borne by VALIRA.
